Welcome to Zuppr (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, apps, and related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
You must be at least 13 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and use Zuppr.
To place orders, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activities under your account.
To delete your account, you can do this on the Zuppr app in the account section.
All payments must be made at the time of order through approved payment methods (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Zuppr does not store full payment card details.
Service fees, delivery fees, and merchant prices are displayed before checkout. By placing an order, you agree to these charges.

All content, trademarks, and branding on the Zuppr platform are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
Zuppr may integrate third-party tools (such as Stripe or Google Maps). Use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zuppr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to delays, lost data, or missed deliveries.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
